Ingredients:

  • 1 Deciliter mayonnaise

  • 0.25-0.33 Deciliter IPA (We prefer Doom's Bell)

  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 garlic clove, finely chopped)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, IPA beer, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.

Add the smoked paprika and garlic powder to the mixture, and continue to whisk until the spices are fully incorporated.

Taste the sauce, and add salt and pepper as desired.

Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

This sauce is perfect as a burger dressing, but it can also be used as a dipping sauce for fries, onion rings, or any other snack that pairs well with a tangy, slightly sweet sauce. The hoppy flavor of the IPA beer adds a delicious depth to the sauce, making it stand out from other sauces. Enjoy!
