Doomed Eggs

Deviled eggs are called 'deviled' because they pack some heat from the spices. What about Doomed eggs? Chili deliciousness with the added bonus of the citrus tones from our white IPA added to the mix.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Boil eggs for 10 minutes

  • Cool off, peel and cut the eggs in half.

  • Remove yolks to a bowl.

  • Mash the yolk gently with a fork. Add Churcheim's Doom's Bell IPA, mayonaise, and salt.

  • Mix ingredients well, add chili to taste.

  • Add the yolk mixture to the egg whites evenly.

  • Bon Apetit!
