6.7% ABV - Belgian IPA

In the darkest and most brutal hours of the winter of 2024, we travelled all the way to Tromsø (Norway) to break bread and bond over strong ales with our brothers in arms at Brewyard Brewpub. We brewed a malt-intense and hop-forward hybrid with the best ingredients from the Old and New World.

With a sacred monastery yeast as the pilot and a complex and biscuit-chunky malt base as the backbone, we let the Sabro hop take the helm over the flavor profile. Crushed coconut, fruit bowl, cedar, and a hint of tangerine. What's not to like?
