8.8% ABV - Belgian DunkelWeizen

A Belgian Dunkel as part of our experimental series to test ingredients and methods. Coffee aromatics, slight roast, hint of acidity from the coffee beans, medium mouth feel. Bottle conditioned for 6 months.

Base of Belgian pale malt, malted wheat, some chocolate malt, and a hint of lactose. Monastery yeast (Chimay). After fermentation was finished, the beer rested on Honduran Coffee beans for 2 months, the beans where roasted by independent coffee roaster Tim Wendelboe in Oslo, Norway.

This is an ultra-rare, limited edition release and can't be ordered - Sorry!
